Bruce was great. Thanks to a friend, we had the "red" tickets, so we were up in the front section where there was actually a little breathing room. I have to upload my pictures this morning, but I'll try and post some.

Afternoon -- I'm doing fine. We had a lovely walk this morning and have been doing various errands (oh it's such the fun of taking a huge load of bottles, cardboard, and plastic to the recycling center).

I've never learned to do anything standing on my head, but Mrs. Dem is an expert, having been a yoga student for many years. I just get dizzy when inverted.

I'm assuming that you have the picture already uploaded. If not, you'll need to go sign up at a picture-hosting site like Photobucket, Flickr, ImageShack, or Picasa.

To post the picture, you need put the url for the picture in the src attribute of an <img> tag. If the image is bigger than 500 pixels wide, you should the width tag to scale the display down.

The full tag would look like this:
<img src="http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b25/AndiF/fall08/taggarts2008-09-26.jpg" width="500">
