Presidential hopefuls Tom Tancredo, Mike Huckabee, and Sam Brownback don't believe in evolution. This is another reason why I am an enormous Sam Brownback fan. How can you not love the guy? Anywho...
There was a lot of happy gibberish in the debate about how Americans are manly and don't like to talk about losing wars. That is probably true as far is it goes, but we don't like to talk to people that don't believe in evolution either. Makes us nervous. It'd be helpful is we could have a dose of reality every once in a while.
After enduring three days of rocket attacks on the Green Zone, Slogger sources report that contractors billeted inside the Zone may take matters into their own hands if the U.S. Army does not do something to better secure the area. Does that sound like the capital of Iraq is getting more secure? Contractors must be the theme for today, because Richard Blair sent me a link to an interview with a contractor, and highly recommended it. You will get some colorful language, I can tell you that. And you can imagine these guys under mortar attack and not wanting to just take it.
What characterizes the people who work combat zone contracts? There are prior convicts that snuck through the filter. There are people who think that all Iraqi people are Terrorists, and that all of the Afghans are Taliban, and that anyone with a towel on their head is against the Freedoms of American, McDonalds, and American Idol. Uneducated, hypocritical Bee Bops that run to the dollar and then bitch as they stand around wearing safety gear. Also, most of the people out here believe in God. I’m a rare one because I don't close my eyes and give thanks for my dry meatloaf and wet lima beans. Is Halliburton serving Lima Beans now? In the green zone? That's not right.
